Around 5 years ago we purchased a home from Signature. We let them know about the rock problems we had in our yard. If we ever tried to plant anything or when we put our fence in...it was a super problem. It has cost us a lot of money to have vendors jackhammer and remove foundation rock from all over our yard.
Not only this, they caulked around our window weepholes and when we had water from the outside (when storms came through) come in, the scoffed at us and blamed us until multiple people complained with same problem but the damaged was done.
I called to corporate and honestly got yelled at. If I could give them Zero stars I would. Service: Home building
