        I want to compliment the unmatched attention I received from Genesis of Cool Springs with my '22 GV80. They created a reasonable path to trading up from the '22 model to a new '24 GV80, while going considerably beyond my expectations. In particular, Sandy Knechtel's role as Customer Satisfaction Advisor facilitated perhaps the best outcome I could have hoped for - her job performance is the model for all Genesis-branded dealerships. I'd like to compliment salesperson Joe Macke - we've now purchased three vehicles from this dealership with Joe - his demeanor and genuine concern have made each experience both fair and a pleasure. And Brandon Alexander, the sales manager, made the entire process painless. Nick Taylor and the service department are exemplary - its great to know that Genesis of Cool Springs stands to deliver on our expectations. We'll be buying our fourth vehicle from them next year.
