One of the designers at O.P. Jenkins was so helpful. Although they didnt have what I was looking for in their store, she e-mailed several options and one of them was perfect for the space I was trying to furnish. I really appreciate her going the extra mile, serving a customer a day after I left the store.

If you question them they tell you you are being rude. If you voice your opinion to the manager you will never get a chance to talk because she talks over you constantly. Dont waste your time and money.

I ordered custom drapery panels and this is what was delivered, one panel was shorter than the other and Jess tried to tell me it was the hardware which their company also provided. When I stated I was not happy with this she told me I was difficult to deal with. Also the installers refused to wear shoe coverings. The company has refused to make this correct and I have reached out to the home office also. This was the second time they brought out panels. The first panels pooled on the floor and were uneven. Jess the store manager refused to come measure or look at them but sent me an email and told me to measure and send her the measurements. I replied that I was uncertain as to what I needed to measure that is why I hired them. This is not a drapery job that belongs in a $2 million dollar home
