        Existing customers, pull your money from this bank now. Those who had mortgage loans from FirstBank and was transferred over to "Specialized Servicing Loans" take notice that if you are sending in extra payments through bill pay as you did in the past this service that FirstBank moved to is stealing money from you by applying extra payments to interest (basically making a second mortgage payment vs applying to principal). I would suggest no longer using this bank or their services.

        Was a great place to bank prior to being bought by FirstBank. People are still helpful and courteous, but trying to do business banking with their technology (website/mobile app) is almost impossible. If you own a business I suggest looking elsewhere.
