        I ignored the bad reviews and went in. Bad Bad choice. I didnt get the help I needed and the girl (Juliana I think) was not clear nor knowledgeable about credit tranafers. Every question I asked she had to looked it up on the website. She told me they dinged my credit with 20 points. Ended talking to Micah the manager he cleared the misleading words of her but still didnt help me. I ended taking my business to someone else. Dont recommend this bank.
