        Camille Reitano is a real person. After a brief conversation about our need to open up a checking account she sensed that we wanted to open a new account that day. She quickly checked the schedule and to our surprise asked us to have a seat! She walked us through each step, helped us select debit cards, walked us through setting up an online account and made sure we could access everything before we left. My wife was previously disappointed by another bank earlier in the week and was very pleased with the customer service we received. Camille made us feel like we were truly at a full service brick and mortar branch. We wanted to make sure that her supervision knew what an absolute asset she is to US bank!
