        Dr Walner and staff are very nice people and provide excellent medical care. However, their outsourced billing department stinks, in my opinion. They refuse for some unknown reason to bill Medicare (our primary insurance) instead billing our secondary insurance ONLY who will not pay anything until Medicare is billed first. We have called, visited, and written multiple times without any response. Instead they keep billing us. I recommend keeping this in mind when considering medical providers.
