        They were very friendly but I was surprised that no one was wearing any kind of mask or face coverings. I had came in because I had tested positive for Covid. Im here visiting and back home all health care providers wear face masks. It seemed like they didnt care if they exposed others to what they might have. I wore a mask the whole time. Not one employee wore a face covering.

        Excellent care! Highly recommend! Scheduled Moms appointment on line, waited about 5-10 minutes once we got there; was seen by Patricia CNP; and out the door to pick up RX at Food City wait time 2 hours!! go figure!

        Great clinic! I was visiting from out of town. I was ill and in need of their great care. I registered online walked in to very friendly caring front desk ladies. I was seen at my appointment time and treated quickly. I am happy to say I am approximately 24 hours out since my visit and doing much better. I will definitely keep this clinic as a go to and tell all my family and friends in the Crossville area. Thank you ladies.
