I purchased a bed set and for some reason whoever thought of the idea to have a hideaway to put a mattress on an try an attach a heavy, unsturdy headboard to it only holding one screw on each side has totally lost there mind there isnt any holes on the frame leg or anything to help with keeping it solid. Apparently Im not the only customer who is having problems with this issue I have told my problem to Jeremy and hes been doing his best to help but the brackets are square an the frame is round no way will it work. Then Harley tried to help an told me she may be able to find different frames but it would cost me more , whats the point in selling a bed set if the wrong frame wont attach to the head board without it breaking a window or putting a hole I the wall. Im not being difficult Im try to prove common sense with the situation Jeremy has been wonderful about trying to help. If there were wood pieces to go across the front of the frame it would help hold but theres no way this issue can be fixed without using a different frame . I hope my input helps with the situation Im not very happy with the package is together I hope someone can fix the issue. Number 2 when the furniture is being delivered I think there needs to be some plastic or something to protect it when the guys bring it in the house, every time my stuff gets delivered its scuffed or something is damaged,I understand it can be difficult to get it in the house but some protection should be required to prevent this issue. Very helpful and understandable people. When i feel on hard times they helped me through it. They worked with me as much as possible till i was on my feet. Great crew out there!

Family member bought a dryer from there. They where fast to get our product out to the truck. Good service
