These are some of the nicest, most knowledgeable, most patient people I have ever met. They treat every patient with the utmost respect, they are happy to engage with you and explain anything you have questions about, no matter how silly it may seem. They are infinitely patient with my nonverbal autistic son as well, and always go out of their way to accommodate his special needs. I cannot recommend them enough.

I would like to share my experience with Robert Berman regarding my son's recurring respiratory issue. We visited his office for a second opinion as my son had been suffering from this issue since he was 10 months old and began developing issues again this year. Despite having a clear congested cough and swollen lymph, the doctor only prescribed allergy meds and an inhaler. The next day my son's condition worsened, and we took him back to the office, as advised by Robert Berman, with a sore throat, swollen lymph, white spots on his tonsils, cough, and fatigue. We requested a respiratory panel with a strep test, but our request was denied and we were told that it would be too expensive costing $600, which was inappropriate as my son has TNcare. I called back to complain about the neglectful behavior. However, doctor Berman refused to perform the test and told us to go back to our previous provider. I was disappointed with his attitude and lack of concern for my son's health. I work in the medical field, and I know that obtaining a respiratory panel is not difficult nor should the issue of cost ever be discussed with the patient, especially if they have insurance. I do not recommend him as a doctor for children. Very unprofessional. Update: My son has gotten more ill, possibly has influenza. He is going to another doctor tomorrow who would, logically, run a panel for us to determine the cause of the symptoms. Way to go Rob. Let your ego get in the way of proper medical care of a patient.
