Very poor service, the office smells awful. I had an appointment and I had to wait for almost two hours. There is nobody in the front desk to help you out. Their check in app doesnt work, you have to check in their kiosk. No body gives you any type of updates or direction. You have e to figure out by yourself

Be careful you will end up paying a doctor bill out of your pocket!! I went to Cordova Little clinic Because of the vomiting and stomach illness I had. The nurse Practitioner, Shawanta Poole took my blood pressure and a short history. I said I want to make sure that nothing serious is going wrong with me.Then I noticed because she even didn't mention any thing about my stomach illness on my claim the insurance had denied my claim and little clinic sent me a full bill of $104 to pay out of my pocket. That was the most non-professional clinic i ever gone to and i never will go there again.....Just be careful !!!!! you will end up paying full doctor bill out of your pocket. it seems the personnels are not well-trained and not well -recognized for insurance companies.

I came in 13 mins late to my appointment. I was past the 20 minute grace period. They would not see me. I understand policy but what about a little grace for a sick customer. They had ZERO!!!

I should have learned my lesson the last time, but I chose to go again because of convenience. The Bartlett location is much better, so I should have booked there. My issues were put off as sinus related and for the second time, the NP prescribed Zyrtec and Flonase. Well, here I am with the same sore throat and other symptoms. I guess Ill be spending another copay at my PCP or another clinic. Last time they prescribed those items, I ended up going to Fast Pace Uegent Care a week later and had an ear infection which required antibiotics. Im pretty sure I have a sinus infection and need antibiotics but for some reason, the NPs at this location dont make the correct diagnosis. I can tell by other reviews that Im not the only one who had gone through this. Do yourself a favor and go to your regular doctor or another clinic.

I'd been better off not even going to the doctor or at least this place. went for upper respiratory infection and the nurse was more worried about covid and my ears. Funny enough gave seasonal allergy medicine for a infection and already a patieny with a ent. Don't reccomend going here for anyone, wasn't any cheaper than a primary care doctor.
