Derek Mullinix and Heather Kindrick are very kind and knowledgeable. However, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of this office. I have called 7 times today (all at different times of the day) and continue to be sent to voicemail. Im concerned about the results I received, and there is no one available to return my calls. Very disappointed in their communication.

I went in yesterday for a physical which ended up taking three hours. The girl that drew my blood didn't seem to be very experienced at all and stuck the same vein twice and was barely able to get any blood. She told me to come back another day to get the lab work done. I understand they were understaffed but at least have people in the lab who have more experience.

Had my first appointment here with NP Heather Kindrick. It was a great experience! All the staff I interacted with from the front desk to the lab tech were professional and courtesous. The nurse who did my intake and NP Kindrick were understanding and took the time to listen instead of confiming preconceived ideas or rushing responses. I hope to be able work with this provider for a while and would highly recommend Kindrick if you're new to having a PCP! Also with Baptist mychart you can review the provider notes same day after the appointment which is great for knowing what to ask about at your next appointment or following up with questions

Everyone I encountered at my recent visit was absolutely fantastic. From the kind gentleman at the frontdoor doing the COvid screening to the front desk. My nurse was vprofessional polite and caring. Dr. Onsingco was very knowledgeable and supportive about my condition. The people that drew my blood for tests were fast , efficient and highly skilled. The lady at the checkout was friendly and thorough . I plan to remain a patient at BMG Family Physicians Group in Cordova. Highly recommended.
