online banking. no physical banks if you need assistance. so you would have use their call centers. After many transfers and automated "wait music" you will be dropped.

This is by far one of the worst financial companies to deal with! talk about a SCAM! They have left me stranded due to blocking my card without authorization, when calling to ask what is going on a continuous " Sorry nothing we can do but send another card in the mail." Okay.. but who and why are we locking my account without authorization from me!? Top it off when there is an actual fraud/ scam case they do not help you get your money back even with proof of unauthorized transactions. I have lost way to much money and time on this worthless company. Unless you enjoy your money being stolen and listening to a repeat excuse that is irrelevant i suggest go somewhere else!

Why does my job have to use them!!!! They must be cheap for them...This bank is useless if you try to dispute you have to sign papers mailed to you then go through a long process.I hate this bank I gotta figure out how I could not use them and get my checks to my bank navy federal cause I hate meda.
