They honestly need to install more a t m units if they are not going to have drive through service. Also when trying to deposit cash often times it is returned back to you if there is a fold or a crease in the bill.

Refused a simple foreign currency exchange/deposit. Teller first told me they needed a supervisor to look over 4 bill each worth $1.79. Because they were slightly faded compared to other notes. Then they recanted their statement to told me that the teller who normally does this isnt here and that I would have to comeback the next business day. This is against corporate policy any tell should have been able to assist me. The teller had appeared to be smirking at me! Bank of America does not value their customers and appears to discriminate!

Was sent a check from GEICO, who unfortunately banks with Bank of America. Called in to be sure there would be no problem cashing this check. Was told that it depends on the amount written for. Huh? GEICO will be hearing from me about their poor choice in banking.

Bank of America is the worst bank in America. If you like lines and you love to wait to get anything done, this is the bank for you!! Horrible bank!! Please go to a different bank and you will thank me later
