        The best bank to make any transactions. The staff is always smiling, patient, and helpful. I drive from Olive Branch to this location b/c of the service. They know you by name and thats key. Again best branch in Memphis!!!

        Always understaffed. Unfriendly, unprofessional, untimely. Told we couldnt be helped without an appointment. Made appointment for 2:30pm the following day, arrived early, the banker came out at 2:29pm and told us she had to make a 10 minute call. It is now 30 minutes past our appointment time and we still havent been seen. We will be closing our accounts. Do not recommend Wells Fargo.
