My family and I purchased the Patriot from Dalton Phy. The process was very quick and easy. Dalton had great communication with us as our house was in the process of being built and delivered. If you want a great go to person at Meadows Homes see Dalton. You wont be disappointed.

Im not even sure where to start with this review. While In the search for a home I found meadows home of cookeville tn. Found the home we wanted which was the Farmington from fleetwood and they were super easy to work with at first. Jim was my salesman and after talking to him he promised the home to be built and finished install within 3 months. Once the papers were signed and money was given he became horrible with communication. Home was built within 5 weeks and within two weeks it was sitting on my land. Then after that it was like they didnt care. After about two weeks they came and set it up. Left bolts from the axles laying all over the place and blocks thrown everywhere. Finally get everything put together and hooked up though so we could see it. Noticed a lot of small problems at first doors not aligned bad spots in the floor and such. All in all very poor craftsmanship with trim work, paint etc. the contractor they had hook the hvac system up did not pull a permit and would not answer my calls when trying to get the power hooked up so I had to pull my own permit and still havent heard from them. The first few days we lived in it was warmer days and the ac did not work and still doesnt work. Besides that with all the problems Jim and the general manger Paul said to live in it for 30 days and come up with a punch list of all the things that need attention and they would take care of them. Have now been living in it for going on 3 months and cant get them to respond to emails and have basically washed there hands of it. There is trim falling off all over the place along with the other issues. So all in all the home is very poorly made and very poorly put together. If I could give any advice to anyone it would be spend an extra $15000 and go with someone else that will see it through.

We baught a home from these people . Wished we would have waited and found someone else there warranty on the home is no good . Baught a 28/60 first of all after it was set up we were told everything was done .. only wishful thinking . #1 two of the interior walls was not set right leaving a 2 inch gap meeting the other wall #2 the holes that allowed the waterlines in the bathrooms to come in the floor were ridiculously cut to big leaving room for snakes or other insects to come in . And also the drain lines were the same way , lets see the roof had nails driven all over the place open faced for it to cause leaks , the bathroom floor has a 1 inch gap were the 2 halves come together. , but my worst complaint is the air conditioner never worked from day one . They sent 4 technicians out and never fixed it , said it was me that I was satting tge temp to low . I only had it at 60 but they said it was to low , I had to call a outside private technician to replace the whole unit , cost me $3200.00 , I called them and ask them were they going to help pay it they hung up on me , the only reason Im giving a 2 star is they did good on the block work and bringing it out the day they said
