It has been a complete nightmare dealing with Meadow homes. We have had continuous issues from the day The house was brought on property that have not been taken care of, absolutely no communication unless we initiate it. I have called their office asking to speak to an owner, since we are getting nowhere with the sales or manager. I was told there was a woman in their office that would take my information, but I was hung up on before she ever picked up and now they wont answer the phone. Doing this, so hopefully we will get to an owner and maybe get something taken care of.

The service while purchasing our home was great. After our home arrived on the lot in McMinnville, there has been very little communication. We had one contractor that was to do our footers and had an issue, no communication from Meadows. The other contractor came out, said for 2 days he was going to complete the work, and now has ghosted us and we cannot get anyone to give us an answer. This should have been an easy install. All we needed was the footer/foundation. Our home has been on the lot for 3 weeks (which was very quick!) but the lack of communication is stressful and we are finding that many people are running into the same issues. I really wish we had purchased another home, at another dealership as we have watched others purchased after us, be installed and people living in them within 4 weeks. I gave 3 stars because they truly were helpful during the buying process but I would give 0 starts after the paperwork was signed. Truly a horrible, stressful situation that could easily be avoided with communication. EDITING to add more..... be aware that when your home is set, you will start paying your mortgage 30 days later. 2 months later, we are still not in our home and are waiting on inside to be completed. Our A/C unit does not work and if they come as promised this week to complete house, will not be able to live in it without A/C. The HUD inspector came out and failed several things around the house, one being the grading. We corrected the grading and last week the contractor came out and installed a moat around our house to "fix" the grading. We had started putting in our driveway and now part of our driveway is in our back yard. Water is still standing in our "moat" and under our house where it was not at before. Plus, we cannot lay the block due to the dirt being pushed in over the concrete. We can't get anyone to give us a true answer on anything. Then we were told that the inside of the home would be completed this week, granted there is still 2 1/2 days left this week but no word on what day. Called Giles that is supposed to finish the home and they are about as much help as Meadows. They stated they would get to it when they could and would not give me a time. We live on the property in a camper and it would be courtesy to let someone know when to expect people on their property. I'm beyond frustrated and at this point I'm calling all business bureau they are members of, plan on calling news channels as there are LOTS of people with issues from Meadows and if I don't get a response, I will take this to court as this is unacceptable. I plan multi-million dollar projects yearly and if we were to continually have these issues, we would be out of business. For a company that prides themselves on customer service, and make as much money as they do off people, they should really look into helping people and not just taking their money. This company is horrible, my experience has been horrible, and if you read other reviews.....BELIEVE THEM ALL!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
