This place is a absolute horrible place to go to. I've been going there for over 3 years it's been maybe 6 months since I've got a loan ,always paid loan off and on time I went back to get a loan and the lady gave me the biggest hassle of my life she asked for pretty much everything except my birth certificate, I just went to advanced cash on willow and got a loan within 10 minutes!! Do not waste your time with these losers it's not worth it !!

Go somewhere else. I pawned my tools here. I got a extra charge from the fine print about the maturity date. (Still unclear by the contract.) Asked questions was not given any answers by Sierra. OK she new whatever. I then ask her to call her boss. It took her 3 times for her to ask the correct question to Nelly the district manager. Still no answer and I'm now kicked out and not allowed back by order of Nelly. This is how they handle confused customers

i went there to get a payday loan and was denied due to having a Chime bank account and not a regular one. i get that or whatever but a friend of mine just went there 2 weeks before me and got a loan but all he has is Chime. how is it that they can help one person but not the next? depends on who you are i guess.
