I started with a phone call. What I was told in the phone was the same thing I got when I went to the store. The employees are awesome and knowledgeable. These people really do work with you. My highest reccomendation.

The worst place to ever get a loan. I urge anyone looking for a loan to go elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Whatever you do, DO NOT give them the title to your vehicle. It will never be seen by you again. I became terminally ill and yet kept making my payments but i had a lot of doctor visits this month and was not even a week late with my payment but they sent someone to take my car. Very rude and uncaring. I finally got someone at corporate to listen and she fixed everything but i have been giving these people my hard earned cash for years. I have paid off two seperate loans with them over the years and sent them multiple referrals only to be treated like this. Nobody called. Nothing came by mail. No warning. No notice. Just sent the repo people to get it. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this "corporation" of imbeciles. I told them that i dont know how much time i have left in this world but that i didnt want to die knowing that i had debts to pay and thats why i have continued to make payments, but they didnt care bout that either. Just wanted their money. I guess i could have just gave them the run around for a little bit till im dead and let em try and take it then lol
