We can never get anyone to answer the phone. I understand being short staffed and busy, but this is beyond ridiculous. This has been going on for months now. Not impressed. Add on, had to change doctors because Karen Whaley is very dismissive and does not seem to care about my daughter. I hope things improve with the new doctor.

ETA: Ive been sent to collections THREE TIMES but never received a bill from this practice. Ive updated my change of address at each visit but even before I moved this was happening. What is going on, Covenant?? This time its for a $20 bill!! I will NEVER be a Covenant patient again. You are ruining my credit! I called ahead of time to make an appointment for my daughter so she could get her required meningitis vaccination for college. I made sure that I told the young man on the phone that this was the reason for the appointment. My daughter had to leave school early for the appointment, miss her last class, only to be told the office didnt have the vaccine & she would have to go to the health department. Now Ill be paying the bill in TWO places and am still chasing down this vaccine. Do better, Covenant. Such a disappointment!

Just a heads up if you're really sick and decide to do a walk in their hours start at 7AM not 8AM like the website says. Please change your hours online so that people who are actually sick the night before can get proper treatment. Thank you.
