        Not willing to work with me to help get my needed medication and keep giving me the runaround that it is insurance when they didnt send the correct information.and to add this is medication that I need to function and have been without for going on 2 months. Their help was I should just pay out of pocket for it. Add info is I have called and tried getting help from them multiple times over the last month and was just given the runaround the whole time.

        What are you doing down there? You can't get my prescriptions right And the receptionist is smart aleck and rude. I don't know how you still have patience going to that doctor's office. So very disappointed. Waste of time and money.
