        Jason was recommended by my brother, who used his services to both sell and buy. I found his services to be very prompt with all contact and paperwork. His guidance kept our listing active and generating views even though it was remotely located in an area with a small buyer pool. The realtor who represented our buyer thanked me for using Jason instead of using a realtor local to the area. She said that Jason had been easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. She said that made the transaction go much smoother than most of her others. You can consider this as an endorsement from both myself and my buyers realtor. Jason also provided contacts to me for a ministry group that came and picked up our donations. They helped us tremendously in clearing (old, but still usable) items from the house. The whole process went smoothly and i thank Jason for serving in that manner.
