image Looked a property in Georgetown TN. The pictures online purposely are misleading as they won't take full on pictures. They didn't take a picture of the back yard which has a huge hill like ledge within 20 feet of the home making the backyard not use able. I looked at the property and didn't end up making an offer because off the dishonest photos on the listing since they where obviously trying to hide the massive hill. I left upset because they wasted my time. I don't think I'll be able to trust purchasing a home that KW represents if this is how they do business.

image Do NOT HIRE Whitney Proctor!!! She was working and communicating with the sellers (her friends) without our knowledge. She conveniently "forgot" to send documents which showed there were problems with the foundation. We would've walked away from the purchase immediately IF she had sent them. All we got from her was "Oh, sorry." She gave the sellers our reports we paid for with our personal information in them WITHOUT our knowledge or permission, so they could file a claim against their title insurance! Then in the email from her to the sellers she said "let me know if you need anything else." The sellers also committed fraud. Listed it as a 2000 but it's a 1986. I brought this up to her many times before we closed and she never researched it. She just told us what the sellers told her that the 1986 trailer burnt down and it was replaced with the 2000, which was a lie! Then after we closed and I asked for all of the communication, she tells me "hmm, that is weird isn't it?" about the VIN number and the listing history having two different years! Maybe you should've thought that and been proactive BEFORE you cost us over $235,000 dollars!! It's full of mold and inhabitible as well! She also insisted that we pay for our own title insurance. When I asked her about it because I know thats not how it's done, she tells me "Well thats how its done in this County!" Our Attorney told us she flat out lied to us in order to benefit the sellers, her friends! Every single time I asked her about a red flag, she would defend the sellers!!!! They cost us $1200 extra in order to extend our rate, because the title wasn't even in their name and they were not legally able to sell the property! The response I got from her, "That's just what happens at times. There are other people having to pay more than that for extensions." Well, that just makes it alright for you not doing your job now doesn't it? There's more that she did AND didn't do in the situation! RUN from
this woman!! She's deceptive and a liar!!!!! I'm surprised this company hired her as she's getting sued and has been turned into the State for investigattion!
