My review today is based solely on the review link itself at the main TVFCU site which reads Leave a 5 Star Review. If 5 Star service is given there should be no need to coerce/manipulate members into leaving 5 Star Reviews. Someone(s) in I.T., Community Outreach, or perhaps, more likely, Management needs a refresher in integrity in business principles.

I HATE the impersonal way stuff has to be done at the tellers inside the bank. Everytime I need to do a trans action the person on the other end has to get authorization to do the transaction. are they only approved to do 50$ transactions or something? considering on moving our accounts because this system is horrible.

Overall a poor experience today, I brought in a cashiers check I received in the mail from a customer who bought an item from me online off Facebook marketplace. The check was 1250 dollars from his bank in California. I was stereotyped the whole time by Cambria Woody and she became very rude when I questioned her. She probably is not a lady that needs to deal with customers if she doesnt have the ability to maintain her composure without being rude and her face was turning red. She claimed she attempted to call the bank of my customer in California but she really did not try at all I was standing directly in front of her when the call took place. She called the number yes but was unwilling to wait on hold and actually advocate and work for me. Instead she accused me of fraud which I replied to her why would I commit fraud for 1250 dollars and I got upset at this point and told her I wasnt a criminal and I didnt appreciate being treated as one. She then smarted off I should take it to Walmart and acted like she just wanted me to leave. I agree with others who have left reviews since they took out the personal tellers where you interact with a real human in person you are just treated like cattle and if you dont make life easy for ladies like Ms. Woody they just decide to get rude. TVFCU used to be a caring bank that worked with people now its a use the computer teller or get out attitude what a shame. Thanks to Kyle for fielding my call today when I reported this situation. I hope there are some positive changes made and Ms. Woody was at least spoken too.

We more than anything want our membership to share their experiences with TVFCU in any form that they feel is necessary. Having clear examples from our membership to point towards gives our staff motivation to keep up their service, and allows them to see how they are improving the lives of our members.
Our goal is clear communication so we do ask for a five star review, if it is warranted however. Regardless we want members to share their own experiences however they feel is necessary.
We hope this alleviates some of the concern that you have with our review process, and we want to thank you still for participating in it.
