        My order came out fabulous. The hoodie is so soft inside. I've had to wash it twice due to daily living and cleaning up the tornado mess and its held up wonderfully. I'm really happy with my whole order.

        Good evening, I do apologize that you feel this way. The order was NOT given to someone else, as stated in the office the booster picked up the left over orders and distributed them at the school after the fundraiser. I am sorry that your order had a false (public facing) name associated with it and they were unable to identify who it belonged to. If a real name was given; the order could have been given to the student sooner. Also, now that we know the true recipient of the item the band booster will get it to them.
