Does great quality work. However, response time, production time and customer service is awful. Recently put an order in back in April for my players and didnt receive any updates about our items until June. Was told I would be receiving my items multiple times, then never got them and was refunded my money after I was told I would be receiving them. Owner never communicated why he refunded and never communicated why he wasnt delivering the items after being told he would deliver them. I have been trying to communicate with him but still havent received a response. I work for the school system and these shirts were needed for my players and now we leave for team camp in a few days and we do not have the items that we needed to go to camp for that were paid for back in April. Used this company before and service took a while as well but items were received. Do not offer service if you cannot provide items in a timely matter and communicate as to why you are not sending items in.
