We hired Dustin after terrible disappointments selling two of the four houses we had in Clarksville when we retired last year from 29 years in the army. We needed a realtor that was not about a quick sell to make commission but one that would make sure we got the best deal possible on our property. He got us much more than expected on both houses he sold for us and it was a very smooth professional service on both sales. He always had the answers to any questions I had and worked very hard to make the whole process as worry and stress free as possible. He called me every day with new houses until we found the right one for me. Once my choice was made Dustin had us closed in less than 45 days. It couldn't have gone better.
