        Beds were comfy, room was clean, shower had adequate pressure, pillows were very nice. Will stay here again if we're ever in the area.

        I booked the ballroom back in Nov for my daughters sweet 16 for March 30th 6pm til 11pm I get a email not phone call an email 3 days before her event telling me the room was doubled booked, cooperate wants the room from 2pm til 10pm, I had to change my event to the morning, which would not work for me I have guest flying in from everywhere Annette showed no remorse wouldnt even take my phone calls , so unprofessional, I have to go spend a lot more extra money because of her mistake, because now I have to find something last minute because of her, I would not reccomend booking anything from her, she's very unprofessional, Best Western hire people that care for their customers, and their feelings, my daughter is heartbroken and Annette don't care, I thought about getting my Lawyer involved because this is riduculus

        Breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 on Sundays. We like to be on the road before that when we travel so we missed out. We won't be coming back.

        The Clarksville Best Western is a fantastic place to stay! This Best Western is very clean! The staff are very courteous and helpful! I only wish they were pet friendly.

        I loved your hotel! The beds were comfy, the shower had alot of pressure. The staff was friendly! Perfect location. It was a quiet, peaceful and relaxing time there. I will definitely stay there again
