        Super nice staff! Waaay long check in process. Rooms are pretty clean but not very comfortable at all. Mattresses are thin and a bit hard.

        My husband Juan staying there for work. My cell phone was acting up , so I called the hotel. I give his full name & room number (ask Mia to double check to make sure it was 319) and she became rude & hostile) She refused to connect & acted like I was lying. I told her there was a company party in Nashville tonight & the name of the company. Told her I know he's staying there because it's drafted out of the bank account. Still refused to ring his room, acted shocked he even had a wife... what's up with that???
