I didnt know you need to bring your own toilet paper to this hotel Im confused as your a hotel offering a room mostly just to sleep as Ill be working nights here but when I asked for the TP I was told by the staff we dont give out TP first and last time Ill stay here

I asked for toilet paper at the front desk was told they dont provide toilet paper Ive stayed at a lot of extended stay hotels never been told that Ill never stay here again oh and I was going to stay 4 months for work nope not now

Staff and space was great. The room we had is in need of a serious renovation. Rooms: I can only speak for the room we had, which needs a renovation. Safety: I felt on on the second floor but going through the first floor was weird with the smokers smell

Great place to stay at this price point! Is it a 5 star Hotel with all the amenities? Of course not, its an extended stay with a kitchenette that makes long term stays tolerable. It gets 5 stars from me for its value , price point, and service. Vensser and her team do a great job and are always friendly and reasonable. Passing the staff in the halls as they service rooms or common areas, Im usually greeted with a friendly smile and hello. The location is great with so many nearby restaurants, Wal-Mart or whatever you'd need. Ive stayed there numerous times for several weeks in the renovated premium rooms. I will continue to stay there when Im in town and really feel like its a safe area as well. No problems with people messing with my vehicle or overly loud neighbors. Sure, sometimes you can hear nearby TVs from other rooms but I usually just turn on some low volume music or white noise radio. The largest Con or negative is when you walk the halls and stairways you take in a lot of smells. It's typically whatever someone is cooking or an occasional smoker, the smells typically dont come into your room. Im sure the smokers are charged accordingly as they should. My rooms have always been clean, and smell neutral. They do a great job of prepping rooms. They always let me inspect the room before I pay and agree to stay which is awesome. You will encounter families that actually live there in the rooms. People need places for extended stays due to whatever problems the world has dealt them. A majority of these long timers are friendly and this is home to them, so be prepared for that. I have used the laundry amenities here. They are ok. The credit card function didnt work on any of the machines so bring lots of quarters. Its possible I didnt understand how to use the credit card method, there porbaly needs to be some signage explaining how to or that the method doesnt work. This is more than likely an issue with the laundry vendor and not the hotel itself. Overall, I highly recommend InTown Suites if you're on a budget, you wont be disappointed. Vanesser and her team is what really sets it apart from surrounding extended stays. Rooms: Always clean. I've never seen evidence of the previous customer. To me thats the key. Safety: You may notice what you thinknare loitering people in the lot. Its just respectful residents/tenants/ guests that are following the rules and smoking outside. Was concerned my car would be broken into, no one has ever bothered it.
