I have had multiple rude and concerning interactions from this location. Ive experienced bank tellers tossing the company I work for deposit slips carelessly across counters, having overall rude depositions/demeanors, and mishandling money on multiple occasions.
They have miscounted and lost money from our deposit multiple times. They even insisted that the deposit total I had was wrong and sent me away, only for them to call me 20 minuets later saying that my original total was correct and that they misplaced some of the money.
As a customer you have to TRIPLE check any deposit. This is because you dont have to only worry about them miscounting and mishandling your money and deposit slips, but you also have to deal with their perpetually broken bill counter that has on multiple occasions ate and destroyed bills out of our deposit.
Ive even had an awful interaction in their drive through where the tellers were clearly trying to be rude by throwing my deposit slip and multiple rolls of change I purchased sporadically in the bank window drawer without care. Ive also witnessed tellers speaking negatively to each other about me through the window.
I will say I recently tried a different location and even though their bill counter also jammed, I did experience much better customer service at the Madison location. So, if youre also having issues I recommend maybe trying a different location too.

Refuses to help small businesses. Went in to exchange cash for change and was refused because I wasn't a member. Had to drive all the way across town to get change at my bank where I wasn't questioned.

I have had excellent service at this bank location. Alex and the tellers are always friendly and willing to help me.
