        If you're thinking about opening an account here, think again. My boyfriend has had an account with these guys since he and I met about 2 years ago. And he thought he closed it this past Monday. I've been a credit union member for awhile and convinced him it was a better decision to watch your money grow versus a bank taking with little fees here and there. The first issue we had was a few months back when they denied him for a small loan. He needed quick money to pay for a truck repair and they wouldn't help him. His monthly income is higher than the loan he was asking for. Now, 4 days after "closing" his account, they've called him to let him know they allowed multiple transactions to come through and he needs to come into the bank to make a deposit or they'll return them for $68. We are already in the truck with a uhaul, headed to Texas. Now, we tried to venmo money into his account, but they've cut off his debit card. And first financial isn't supported in the venmo app, you have to have a card. This bank is an absolute joke. They are not looking to help their customers. They want to make their money and to don't care about you. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!
