F&M Bank Clarksville - Sango

This bank is not for working people!!! The bank hours are ridiculous and makes it very difficult to deal with anything in person. I'm not sure when they decided upon these hours but they don't think of the customer. If you have a regular 9-5 go to another bank seeing how not 1 branch is open past 4 o'clock. I'm not sure if the higher ups haven't gotten the memo but Clarksville is growing and is no longer a "small town". It's sad because I wanted to bank with a smaller bank but the hours make it impossible.

This is a great bank and everyone there is so awesome and friendly. Wouldn't bank anywhere else.

I feel every branch should be opened on Saturdays. Some people cant get to the bank during the week due to working themselves plus you should have representatives to answer phones on Saturdays. People dont just have problems on weekdays.

Matt McWhirter is AMAZING!Matt McWhirter is just amazing! We just had the best experience EVER purchasing our 4th home on a VA loan!.  We started looking in Clarksville two and a half years ago and ran into so many issues from construction problems, being out bid by thousands in this new market and many other issues over the 2.5 years.   Living in Florida created many issues as well trying to buy out of state site unseen. Through it all Matt and our realtor Sarah Rumsey from Keller Williams stuck with us through all of our frustrations.  They helped get our inspection done by honest contractors that cared and not just rubber stamp the house.  Not once did they complain about all of the craziness.On Jan 10, 2022 we went under contract, and the two of them  got us through inspections (house and VA) and closed on Feb 11. They we couldn't have done it without them!  Many thanks to Matt and Sarah for being such caring and helpful people!
