Don't go in there asking a general question 15 mins after opening. The brunette 50-60ish year old lady working the counter was off the wall randomly disrespectful.

Ronald Turner was outstanding! When in and needed to fix a key fob. Mr. Turner was able to quickly and happily replace the battery.
