CHI Memorial Sleep Center Lab

This place is a nightmare. Both the doctors office and the sleep center office staff are clueless as to what they are doing. Scheduling is impossible. I was lied to more than once. They blamed my local doctor and his office for things that they did and even with proof, there was no apology or ownership of wrongdoing. The staff responsible for scheduling and dealing with patients via phone needs desperately to be replaced. Katherine/Catherine is the worst. They are incompetent and waste precious time of patients needing to be seen in a timely manner because sleep apnea is serious and deadly. They showed zero compassion for me and others. They are reckless, lack knowledge, etc. I would strongly advise that you go elsewhere for a sleep center.

Absolutely the WORST healthcare facility I've ever walked in. Doctor Viscomi was very professional but the Sleep Center does not follow up on appointments, call back, or much of anything else. They badly need a complete overhaul of their operations which would start with firing the current Practice Manager. Last "home" sleep study was October 10th and I still have not heard a word from them. Today is November 15th so go figure.

Staff is good but the scheduling is awful!!! Took nearly 4 weeks to get an appointment and that was with me calling to get the appointment. They told me they left a message- not true. Contacting them regarding scheduling is a joke. As with CHI Lung Care Associates.

Posting for my mother. Staff was great, however the facility was not very accommodating. My mother had to take my Grandmother for a sleep study. My mother had to also stay overnight to be able to help my grandmother if need be. All she had was a chair to sleep in that had zero comfort. There wasn't even a vending machine to get a drink from. Again staff was great. The facility definitely needs some improvement though.
