I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR TODAY AT 10:00 AM. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS TOLD THAT I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I WAS TREATED BADLY. MY WIFE IS AN INVALID AND I HAD TO HIRE A CARE GIVER TO STAY WITH HER TO MAKE THIS APPOINTMENT. I WAS NOT OFFERED TO STAY AND WAIT, I WAS OFFERED TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, WHY WOULD I DO THAT WHEN I HAD A VALID APPOINTMENT AND WAS DENIED.

How was your impressed with Dr Viscomi Android quickly set up for a at home sleep study. I arrived a few minutes early to pick up the equipment. However, I was seen before the scheduled time.

They were on time and very personable. Enjoyed my stay. Very accommodating! Would recommend to everyone.

Waited in the waiting room for an hour asked how long the wait is- told Dr Viscomi was caught in traffic from his Georgia office and staff apologized however they couldnt say how long the wait would be. Spoke with manager and was told this is the doctors practice and is run under his direction. No water available due to COVID19 safe practices. No communication from front desk staff. Waited a total of 1 hour and 45 min and never saw the doctor- walked out . Wish I would have seen previous reviews and I would have never gone to this practice. Shameful to continue this level of practice and not improve scheduling practices.

I went to this doctor initially because this is the only one I knew about. Every appointment I have had is always later than my scheduled time. When I say later, I mean at least 45 minutes to an hour. The office staff is horrible. They do not call to remind you of appointments. They are rude over the phone and I have been told by the doctors that they may not get patients' messages for weeks if at all. From what I have been told, the staff is not run by the doctors but rather by memorial itself. I have been billed for copay amounts months after my visits because the office staff doesn't take the time to look these up. I have even asked if they were sure about my copay and it is always that they don't show that I owe anything. The office staff does not care about the patient which is truly sad when it is the patient that keeps them in a job.
