        If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I moved out of my unit back in August, Submitted all of the required documentation on line to close out my unit and I was billed in September (I thought maybe it was unfortunate timing for me) but I got another BILL and a LATE NOTICE for a unit that I no longer have any belongings in the store does NOT answer phone calls. I tried to get through to customer service and they said they would "reach out to the DM there and I would get a call" That NEVER HAPPENED. SHAME ON YOU U-Haul on Rossville.
