I can't rate the quality of their work but their customer service is terrible. I can't get anyone to call me back. I have made 4 phone calls to the Chattanooga location, spoke with and left messages with people, over a 6 month period to get someone to give me an estimate on adding insulation to my home and no one will even call me back.

After a couple of tribulations with 31w they did come through and made it right by us. They did good work and were very nice!

Dont ever work for this place. They pay you by the job and they dont care about your well being. I made $14 on a snowy day once working for this place. Very poor management and the sales department is very greedy. I literally COULD NOT pay bills working at this place. No I do not say all of this to be hateful and out of spite. I write this review for anyone that wants to come work at this horrible place. If you have family and bills please stay away from place, you do not want to work for this place lmaooo. Management and the sales department care only about their bonuses. You get 3-5% on each job you complete. I had to complete 3-5 jobs a day to just make $100. This is at the location in Chattanooga too. Pls stay away from this place!! This place has had bad incidents as well w managers doing drugs in the bathroom, racial discrimination, and sexual harassment on their own employees! Thats coming from management and sales department.The turnover rate here is CRAZY! Place is a joke and I promise youll make more at Wendys. Bless up!
