Handyman Connection of Chattanooga

The handyman connection did some work on my mother’s home That began April 1,2019. My mother has attempted to reach out to handyman connection on a number of occasions and tried to reach Nathan by phone. But Nathan is not returning my mothers calls. My mom being a senior citizen and 80 years old has been has been somewhat laxed on contacting Handyman Connection due to Covid19. My mother would like handyman connection to be aware on 2/27/2020, Jack did come by to recaulk and put a final coat of paint on 2 unfinished windows. My mother is wondering when she might expect Nathan or someone to come by and inspect the work? When My mother met with Nathan in 2019 they discussed That handyman connection assured my mom that they would have someone to inspect all final work done. Also at this time Handyman connection is yet to address my mothers front storm door that handyman connection contractor Jesse Bramblett attempted to adjust and my mother paid $150.00 for repair, yet it has continued to sag/Leaving my mothers front door unable to open and close completely. My mother would appreciate a refund of $150.00 for failed attempt to adjust storm door upon the promised pending inspection completed by handyman connection. The reason my mother hired Handyman Connection is because my mother believed it would be a professional outlet for quality work with good communication. My mother has been extremely patient waiting to hear from someone with Handyman Connection. Mr. Stan Miles could you or your son give my mother a call to address these issues please. The good; estimator was prompt, work started as scheduled, painter I feel took a "I care about what I do" attitude, applied a very good coating or two to our 24 year old front porch (looks good btw), price was reasonable for the time it took him and was overall fairly please with our experience The So-So; communication could have been a little better and I can't blame HMC for this but two gallons of paint wasn't quite enough and what I had to pay for 2 quarts (additional) cost me as much as one gallon.........again I can't put this on HMC. So you ask if I would use them again; probably but with a closer eye if it were a much bigger project. I am pleased with the work that the painter did.

Project was completed well and in a timely manner. Jack Hall did a good job on the ceiling, especially having to mostly work alone. He was very respectful, prompt, and a pleasure to talk with. Very professional.
