I called in the morning to see if I could get my garage door springs adjusted. They came out the same day--and within a few hours! The technicians were very friendly and professional, and the price was fair, too! I've tried a couple other garage door repair services in the past, (one never showed and the other was WAY too expensive) but this is the garage door company I will continue to do business with! -Highly recommended.

I called Overhead door last November and they came out to quote a new garage door to replace a broken one. I expressed to them that I needed a new door quickly since my entire garage was open for anyone to walk in and take what they please. A month goes by to December and no call back on when they can install the door. They assure me that it will be soon. The first of January and still nothing. I called each week trying to understand an installation time. I finally hear back today in February and they tell me they don't have the brand door that I need but I'm welcome to browse a catalog to find something similar. I have four doors and the one has to match the other three. I wasted three months and now starting over to find a new company to quote and then install the door. This group is not responsive after repeated attempts. If you want fast and efficient service don't call this company.

We were very dissatisfied with Overhead Door Company and recommend choosing a different garage company. We wish we had. When our garage door stopped working, we called Overhead Door Company. The technician who came out said our garage needed to be converted to a torsion system with two springs. He said there would be no charge for the assessment. We later chose Northgate Doors because their quote was $100 less. Then Overhead notified us of a $165 charge for the assessment. The manager waived the $165 and matched Northgates price so that we would use Overhead. The technician installed only one spring. We told him we expected two springs and he said it only needed one. Northgate Doors would have installed two springs for optimal performance. Overhead was only willing to install the second spring with an additional charge.
