Suzzane at Pinnacle is phenomenal. She took a chance on my small business. When I very first came in, I was denied for a $1,000 credit card for the business to get my credit started. She overturned that decision. Now, I don't need a $1,000. What I needed was a foot in the door. Now I have multiple things through Pinnacle and do all of my transactions with them. How many bankers call you to tell you about a networking event that could help your business. Well, Suzanne does. How many call to say that I need to pay this or do this to be better bankable. Suzanne does. If you call, Carla, Jamie, or one of the other awesome girls there will answer and help you. (I didn't forget about your either Jeremy). They know you by first name. They don't have to look me up, they just know. Also, they support my business at the bank and at their homes. I will never leave Pinnacle and that is strongly because of the culture and people that work there!
