We live in Johnson City and saw a used vehicle at their Nissan dealership in Boone. I called about it and set up an appointment. Then I saw online that you can purchase a vehicle and have it delivered. I contacted the salesperson I had spoken to and he said we couldnt do that and had to come to Boone for the paperwork. We got there and they had discovered an issue with the vehicle. We had driven 1.5 hours to get there. Took time off from work to get there before they closed at 7. As we was leaving the sales manager said they could contact us when they get it repaired. I told him we wouldnt be interested in driving back to Boone and we would have to look at it at the Friendship dealership in JC. He said that wasnt a problem and we could actually purchase the vehicle and they would deliver it. Why was I told we couldnt do that the day before and we had to drive to Boone. It was a 3 hour wasted trip that cost us gas & time off from work! I still have the texts from the salesman saying unfortunately we had to come there for the paperwork. That is BAD business!

They were friendly but didnt have anything I was looking for if you are looking for a car they have tons but not much selection on any thing else as far as trucks, mini vans and suvs. And when I told them I was looking for an older model the salesman lost interest fast
