    First of all I would like to say I like the vehicle I bought and everyone seemed very helpful but there are some issues they need to be dealt with, I have called several times and just keep getting the run around, this place is a joke when it comes to customer service nothing like when it was run by the Gattens!

    Update 01/2024: we stopped to look at suburban they had on the lot. After getting done dirty and shotgunned my husbands credit 8 times without permission we wanted to give them the chance to do things right! The salesman said they would love to have our Tahoe back and on the lot again! Would love to try to fix what they hurt in the first place! Nope not the case! Not willing to do nothing. Guess the next vehicle I purchase will be a Escalade!

    I just wanted to thank everyone at Bristol Chevrolet. I especially want to thank CHRIS REED for the AWESOME experience in getting my Dodge Challenger! It's a totally AWESOME car! Chris was so kind to me and my 89 year old momma. He explained everything to us very well and in detail so we understood everything completely. He was a absolute joy to hang out with for the time we were there. I also want to thank DARIN SHAFFER for his service. He was a very kind person and I'm so glad we met him also. The deal we received was AMAZING! I am so glad we went there! It's a long story how we winded up there, because we live in Church Hill. But when we got there, there were SEVERAL signs that we were supposed to be there and buy that certain car! It was AMAZING! THANK YOU SO MUCH, GUYS!!!
