The waiter who greeted&seated us, confirmed that they could/would serve our whole group of roughly 30 people. After being seated, everything went downhill from there. Just to get orders in took around 40 mins, for the foods we ended waiting at worst for almost 2 hours. My sirloin sat on the heating counter for +20mins, ending up well overcooked and being sent back to the kitchen as soon as I received it. A little girl could not get her food in 2 hours, ended up being so hungry that she fell sick and couldn't eat anything after. When we asked for the checks and started sorting out all of the orders that went wrong, or were not brought to us at all, the manager started berating us, that it was somehow our fault that they had messed up completely, and basically called me a liar when I said that their own waiters were the ones that seated us and told that they would have us covered. The manager threw the staff under the bus, and was pretty much on attack mode, after being so humiliated by the sad oversight and poor management of the situation. Cannot recommend this Twin Peaks to anyone, and will most surely tell everyone coming to Nashville to steer clear. The night could have ended up on a more cheerful note, but the manager's conduct and utter lack of control and professionalism just put the dot on the whole experience, so 1-star it is. Don't go, you won't be disappointed

The food was pretty decent. Nothing special. The service was terrible. The big Amazon bartender had a poor attitude. She/it was seen rushing around the bar and running outside like some special ed, wannabe bouncer energy chasing a customer over a to go cup of Dr Pepper thinking she was going to be able to do anything other than call the cops. The best part of the night was watching the big fella lug itself back in the bar empty handed after such a display of misguided roadhouse-like confidence. Clearly this creature has been beating up on her delicate boyfriend at home and drunk incapable people at the bar. I dont condone violence. Especially on helpless folks. I hope the owner keeps an eye on this person. Having whats clearly a professional MMA fighter bartend is dangerous when theyre hotheaded like this one. It could cause the establishment some legal issues in the future if her testosterone levels are not monitored at the very least. Aside from the staff, the beer was cold as advertised. Thats about all I can say. If Ive misgendered the employee I apologize in advance.
