The yard bird and pulled pork were delicious. Corn, Mac n cheese and fries also amazing. Go here!!

The food was simply awful. I dont know if we caught them on a bad night or what. Most of what came in our order was terribly over cooked and dry, some things were entirely inedible. This was a takeout meal for 5 adults and 3 children. Im including a photo of the wings which were the most offensive of the dishes. They were literally charred black (not from the spice rub) and dry to the bone. Whoever was running the kitchen tonight (3/24/24) should NOT have sent these out. The photo is straight from my iPhone with no flash or edits done. The brisket was tough and bland, almost seems as if it had been boiled rather than smoked. Kids tenders were over fried and presumably cooked more than once. Completely dry and foul tasting along with the sweet potato waffle fries, which shared a similar chemically taste. The ribs were edible. Pulled chicken had decent smoke but was again way too dry. We called to let them know how disappointed we were. The lady gave something like a 20% reimbursement which is not sufficient. Most of the food was unfortunately thrown out and we had to make other dinner plans to feed everyone. If this was my restaurant I would have immediately given a full refund after seeing how bad the kitchen did on our order. We will not be returning. I dont think you could pay me to try this place again, wouldnt even feed it to my dog. I dont take pleasure in slamming a local restaurant like this, but it was without exaggeration the worst food Ive been served in a long time. The kitchen needs to get their act together, and the management should have done more to make it right.
