Wanted to leave a glowing review for a fellow State Farm "friend". I work at an agency in Texas, and have recently dealt with Kelly G working on providing her some documents for a client who is transferring from TX to TN. Kelly is the sweetest and I have a feeling she takes great care of their clients in that office. She is a pleasure to deal with and I just wanted to make her day and share that. When we added a third car to our household we expected for our rates to increase with our previous insurance but not by $300. My husband decided to shop around and wandered into Chads office. Chad was able to give us a great rate and worked to get us every possible discount we were eligible for as well as help us bundle our renters insurance into our policy. Whenever weve gotten a new car or switched residences Chad and his team have always made the process seamless. Additionally whenever we call with questions Chad and his team have been helpful, honest, and sincere. If youre shopping around for a new insurance provider, I highly recommend you give Chad and his team a call!

In the 47 years I have been a State Farm customer, 20 of those years Chad Hawkins has been my agent. He has proven to be very knowledgeable, efficient, personable and friendly. He has always been there when I had a need regarding any of the insurance policies I have with him. In my opinion, he is an EXEMPLARY agent! Chads office staff is top-notch as well. They are also very efficient, conscientious, and courteous in the way they have addressed any questions, inquiries, etc. that I have ever had. They are very upbeatyou can tell they enjoy their jobs. Overall, the customer service in Chad Hawkins State Farm office is World-Class, and I would recommend it highly!

We have been a VERY satisfied client of Chads for almost 20 years now!! (Hard to think that its been that long). Chad has ALWAYS been PROACTIVE in letting us know where we are from home owners coverages to ALL of our automobile coverages (multiple cars, multiple motorcycles Even a Duece and half!!) we have moved 3 times and even rented once and Chad and his staff have always answered the phone and returned phone calls and e-mails promptly! Every couple years, someone will call and ask if weve shopped out rates because they are confident they can save us moneyjust a short note, yes, they might have been able to save me $30/mo. BUT they have never been able to match, the SERVICE. JUST HAVE HAD AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
