Worst customer service. I was hit by another car while sitting at a red light on Feb. 27. I am still waiting for a resolution. The agent assigned does not return phone calls or emails. I honestly feel like they are playing the waiting game, hoping I will take their low ball offer.

Full of incompetent people. I was hit by someone with Trexis. After taking two weeks to tell me none of the damage on my tailgate was covered they did not extend my rental. They sound nice on the phone but dont actually do what they say. Leaving me in limbo and forcing me to return my rental on a Saturday morning so I was not charged for keeping the rental into the next week all while telling me theyre working on an extension. I called back after hours and the call router just hung up on me after putting me on hold. Meanwhile I am without transportation while my truck is finishing up repairs.

So I found insurance for a hundred dollars cheaper and cancelled my policy thru themThey still ran my card the next dayI then called and asked about getting a refundI was told it would take 10 days for them to process it (why?? Its not like you have to think about any of it)and then 7-10 days for my check to come in the mailThey took it out with my debit cardwhy mail me a check instead of putting it back in my accountthe only reason I could come up with was they were just being petty in my opinion Then I received a call from Tn Auto Insurance.they told me that they havent even mailed my refund check as of 13 days from the date of cancellation! What a slick underhanded way of doing business trexis!
