I will ever again step inside this place... insane ... they think they give do you a favore ... by they way totally ruined my hair... need to cut short to solve one for good my problem.

Listen, Mark was chill and seemed like he was listening, I showed him a photo of what I wanted and offered to show him different angles of the cut, but he was pretty adamant that he had it down. But yeah dude this is not the cut I asked for at all. And I really tried to communicate that to you several times but you seemed more focused on getting me out of there than actually listening to what I was trying to tell you. $93 for this?? I couldn't find the building and called to cancel from the parking lot. Lady unapologetically told me I'd still be charged unless I made it inside and checked in in 2 minutes. Luckily for me I made it happen but she was very unhelpful checking in or trying to pay. Sat on her phone the entire time and gave me a mean look when I didn't know she wanted me to swipe my card. Brandon Taper did alright for the haircut which is a positive. During the haircut, I got to listen to the other barbers laugh about how they messed up a guys haircut and how he didn't like it but still paid. Service: Haircut
