Kristi is the best. I recently got a my hair highlighted. She literally had 2 different clients at once and still was in good spirits. Had to redo one color because someone didn’t leave the correct formula for the client which ran over into my appointment time. I didn’t mind but there was one thing that bothered me. I noticed a very disrespectful client come in and basically tell Kristi she needed to cut her hair before 3 pm and was very nasty. Kristi politely told her she was booked and would have to schedule for another day. I’m guessing the client didn’t like her response so she stormed out as if she didn’t see two women already sitting there one with foils, the other with color processing. You all should really get your stylist some help in the salons.No one deserves to be talked to the way I witnessed her being treated by that client yesterday. She handled it way better than I would have. Services: Hair colouring, Highlights, Haircut

I had an appointment at 1:45 PM and I arrived on time but the door was locked with a “on lunch” sign. I waited for 15 mins then called and left a voice message and then I waited an additional 30 mins in my car and they still didn’t open. It’s been more than two hours now and they haven’t even returned my call back.
