        great customer support for my small business. called in and email a business wire i had to accomplish and they had it done in 30 minutes and was a very pleasant experience. other US Banks in the Nashville area should take a lesson from Brentwood. thanks Matt Fuqua and the young lady who answered my initial call.

        Took 30 minutes to get a check cashed. They specifically asked me how I wanted the money back. I told them big bills please. Got a envelope full of $20's. ($750.00 check) they need to learn how to follow instructions again
